Now we're going to take a closer look at the inner workings of the Tastic RFID Thief from Bishop Fox. We have a single thumb screw on the front, which we can easily undo to remove the front cover. On the inside we see quite a few things. Everything to the right came standard inside this RFID reader. We added the batteries for power, the LCD screen for output, as well as this custom PCB. In the middle, we have an Arduino microcontroller, which is processing everything, as well as a micro SD card writer, which is taking all of the badges that it sees and writing it to cards that text a text file on the SD card. And we can see that we're simply tapping into the data 0 and data 1 standard we can output of this actual reader.
