Lindsay Von Tish is a Security Consultant II at Bishop Fox focused on Application Security. In her free time, she enjoys conducting security research projects and being an active member of the Dallas Hacker's Association. Since 2019, Lindsay has managed the Dallas DEFCON group where she organizes monthly speaker sessions, volunteer opportunities, and various conference projects. Lindsay has presented her research at BSides conferences and the DEFCON Adversarial and IOT Villages. Lindsay prioritizes giving back to her community by teaching and volunteering, speaking and mentoring through the Girls Who Code program, Black Girls Code, and the local school districts.
Lindsay discovered a passion for hacking during her undergraduate studies while competing in CTFs. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lewis and Clark University and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Cybersecurity at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and is a participant in the NYU Cyber Fellowship program.
When she's not hacking the planet or teaching the next generation of hackers, Lindsay is an avid snowboarder and plays bass in a local band.
