Christie Terrill (CISSP) is Vice President of Customer Success at Bishop Fox, where she engages with both clients and internal teams to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience. In this role, she oversees project management, resource management, account support, editorial, and data analytics. In her ten years at Bishop Fox, Christie has provided security advisory services, engagement oversight, and client relationship management. After starting as a consultant, she moved on to establish the company's enterprise security consulting practice, was promoted to partner, and transitioned to the sales department before assuming her current role. Christie has over fifteen years of experience in the security industry, and she has contributed thought leadership to such publications as Forbes, Infosecurity Magazine, and Dark Reading. Prior to joining Bishop Fox, Christie spent several years in the security consulting practices at Accenture and Ernst & Young for clients in the Global 500. During this time, she lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. Christie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Christie resides with her husband, John, and young son, Jack, in New York City, where she has lived for six years.
