Yuri is a Partner and Chief Information Officer at acceligence, an AI-powered management consulting firm focused on technology, cybersecurity, risk, and strategy. Yuri works with executives, boards, and investors to translate enterprise strategy into scalable technology, data, and AI capabilities, helping organizations modernize operating models and unlock new sources of value through technology-enabled transformation.
Prior to acceligence, Yuri served as Vice President and Head of Technology Strategy at CVS Health, one of the largest and most complex enterprises in the Fortune 10. In that role, he led high-impact strategy development across digital, data, analytics, and enterprise technology initiatives, advising the CTO, business unit CIOs, and senior executives on the design of new capabilities, strategic partnerships, and technology platforms that support CVS Health’s evolving healthcare ecosystem and long-term value creation.
Before CVS Health, Yuri was a Managing Director at EPAM Systems where he led Healthcare Advisory and helped establish the firm’s healthcare industry vertical. In that role he worked with healthcare organizations to apply emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced digital platforms to modernize operations, improve patient and customer experiences, and unlock new sources of growth and value.
Earlier in his career, Yuri was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he worked extensively across healthcare, private equity, and digital transformation. He advised boards, CEOs, and executive teams on enterprise strategy, operating model design, technology modernization, and large-scale transformation programs. His work included board-level growth strategy initiatives, complex M&A and due diligence efforts, and multi-year enterprise transformation programs that delivered significant operational and financial impact.
Yuri is a frequent contributor to executive discussions on enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business models. He has authored thought leadership and presented at industry conferences and executive forums on topics including data interoperability, automation, customer engagement, analytics, and technology-enabled transformation.
Yuri earned a master of business administration from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a bachelor of arts in economics from Denison University.
