Andrew Crotty is the founder of The Ginger Hacker Initiative, a nonprofit that helps students, veterans, and career changers break into cybersecurity through mentorship, hands-on labs, and certification scholarships. He has more than a decade of experience in threat detection, incident response, and security engineering across federal, financial, and enterprise environments.
Andrew has spoken at CactusCon, GrrCON, and BSides events, and hosts the GingerHacker YouTube channel.
